This is done by way of making \u2018matches\u2019. Depending on the number of similarities the bank link is able to find, as many transactions as possible will be automatically linked to a booking in your administration. Transactions for which no match is found can then be processed manually.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How can I manually process a transaction?<\/strong><br \/>Transactions that were not automatically matched can be processed in one of the following ways:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bb6fe78 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"bb6fe78\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f297e62 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f297e62\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>1. Search for the correct transaction and match it manually<br \/><\/strong>Select the transaction you\u2019d like to process, choose the corresponding booking from the list, and click\u00a0<strong>Match<\/strong>. Complete the booking and save it. Your bookkeeper only needs you to process your business income and expenses in your administration. Other (private) transactions or, for example, payments to the tax authorities don\u2019t need to be added to the books. However, by linking your bank account, these transactions will automatically appear in your overview, and you\u2019ll have to process them by assigning them a category. Whether you want this or not is completely up to you.<\/p><p><strong>How are the transactions imported?<\/strong><br \/>Using a connection through Ponto, the bank transactions are continuously retrieved automatically. Ponto provides a secure connection between Kees de Boekhouder and your business bank account. To set up this connection, you need to authorize Ponto and renew this authorization every 90 days.
