Kees de Boekhouder was founded on the belief that the available administration and declaration solutions for freelancers and entrepreneurs were too complex and overpriced. In the last 15 years, we’ve developed a solution that meets entrepreneurs’ needs. Our team of excellent, internally trained accountants now helps more than 10,000 entrepreneurs throughout the Netherlands with their administration and tax returns.
Entrepreneurs with a BV or foundation
Entrepreneurs who are running a private limited company (BV) or holding company can rely on our colleagues at Founders to help them. Founders is an expertise label within the Kees de Boekhouder organisation, and specializes in the administration and taxes of holding companies and foundations.
How does it work?

- You get access to your own online account and are linked to your personal accountant.
- You can upload your receipts to your online account. It also contains an overview of your business administration, and allows you to make quotes and send invoices.
- Your personal accountant checks your administration, takes care of the VAT returns and your annual accounts and income tax return at the end of the year.
- Your personal accountant is always available for support and to answer your questions!
